Front-line attention to quality of life issues, on-time advancement, a viable= >= professional development program, training and performance recognition continue to equat to higher. retention levels of our superior sailors. Our skill in the art of Underway Re- plenishment remains unmatched and is the true cornerstone of this department's su cs during WESTPAC 94-95. It is here that our pride in seamanship makes the reputation for which we are known and respected. Our committment to self-sufficiency, continued ex- cellence, and Total Quality Leadership have been demonstrated time and again during deployment work-ups, RIMPAC 94, FLEET-EX A/B, pre-deployment preparations and now our current deployment. When the details of WESTPAC 94-95 become faded in the minds of those who sailed. and the familics and loved ones who supported them back home, the recollection of teamwork and good times shared will live on in our memories in the record books forever. As Constellation’s First Lieutenant, I couldn't be more thankful or proud of the many contributions made by +h and every Deck Off Chief, Petty Officer, and Seaman who supported me in making WESTPAC 94-95 the cruise of a lifetime.
